We are seeking a talented scientific leader to fill the role of Senior Manager, High Throughput Assay Development at Arsenal Bio. We are seeking an individual with a keen ability to provide technical direction and oversight to a group which is instrumental to designing cutting edge immunological assays at a large scale. This person will be responsible for communication with scientific groups performing low-throughput assay development, designing and executing experiments enabling the subsequent scale up, and presenting comparative analysis representing the equivalence of the assay at high-throughput. 

- 3-5 years of industry experience with T-cell Culture and high-throughput assay design.

- Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.

- Strong scientific background  and practical knowledge of T cell engineering and tissue culture.

- Strong working python/R knowledge to handle large scale data analysis.
