ChristianaCare is searching for a Practice Manager who will be responsible for the overall management and operations of Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Specialty practices, Acute Boost team, and the Virtual COVID Clinic. The manager will be responsible for achieving balanced scorecard financial, quality, productivity, and patient/staff satisfaction performance goals. Additionally, the Practice Manager partners with Clinical Leaders regarding strategic planning, program and business development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting and monitoring for defined practices. The Practice Manager collaborates with other Center for Virtual Health Managers and Directors in ensuring maximum benefit from office workflow efficiency and standardization across th
