The Division of Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine in the Department of Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Research Scientist/Engineer 1. Working under the general direction the PI, the Research Scientist/Engineer 1 will perform advanced laboratory techniques using advanced tumor cell models to meet the specific aims of extramurally funded research awards. This position will spend the majority of effort conducting highly technical procedures to advance tumor models. The successful candidate will maintain meticulous laboratory records and have a demonstrated track record of accuracy and procedural results that can be readily reproduced as proof of the model.
