Essential Functions: A postdoctoral position is available in Dr. Rama Kommagani’s lab at Washington University School of Medicine. The candidate will join a dynamic team to focus on gut microbiome and immune dysfunction in gynecological diseases. We recently revealed a potential role for gut microbiota in endometriosis (Human Reproduction, dez041, https://doi.org/10.1093/humrep/dez041). The project will utilize established cell culture and mouse models in conjunction with functional genomics and metabolomics to underscore the role of gut microbiota in endometriosis. Candidate will also participate in translational efforts through our clinical collaborators within WUSM.
