The Laboratory of Molecular Psychiatry in Aging in the Department of Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics at Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM) is seeking to fill a full-time position of Postdoc Associate, requiring experimental skills and some experience of data analysis.
The project is a multi-disciplinary study to use human samples, animal models and cell cultures to investigate the pathological pathway and risk factors of Alzheimer's disease. You will join a group of talented and motivated team members for this mission.
The successful applicant will design experiments; implement different experimental techniques in molecular biology, immunology and cell biology investigate pathalogical process and drug targets for Alzheimer's Disease in a collaborative environment; conduct statistical analyses for the experimental results; write manuscripts; train students and clinicians for bench research; and test and utilize new software and tools for the experiments.
Required degree: PhD or MD
