Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School, an accredited college preparatory school, in Bradenton, FL seeks a dynamic 6th-grade Science Teacher to foster student learning and inquiry in the life sciences. Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in science education, and experience with the developmental stages to be taught. STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics), modeling, design, and/or global experiences are highly valued. Our sixth-grade science curriculum includes human body systems, as well as CPR and first-aid training. Qualified candidates should have experience in or familiarity with differentiated learning to engage students at varying ability levels. Collaboration with colleagues at multiple levels is a norm at Saint Stephen’s.
