The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine are seeking a faculty member to expand our translational research efforts in the field of pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The successful candidate will have either fellowship training in pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or several years of experience at the faculty level. In addition, the successful candidate will have a track record of successful laboratory research, as reflected in publications and/or successful extramural grant applications, directly related to hematopoietic stem cell biology, preferably incorporating animal modeling and with a clear translational trajectory. The expectation is that this faculty member will spend approximately 20% effort performing clinical care with the Pediatric Transplantation and Cellular Therapy section, with the remainder of their effort focused on research.
