Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow for the Neuroscience and Cell Biology department at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the Post-Doctoral Fellow will continue the research focus within the laboratory based around molecular and cellular mechanisms of forebrain development.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Neuroscience and Cell Biology or related field.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experienced in Molecular Biology (e.g. strong background in molecular cloning, site-directed mutagenesis and transfections is required) and work with iPSCs derived neurons or organoids, or will be experienced in bioinformatics to analyze –omics data, such as single cell RNAseq, bulk RNAseq, proteomics and other.
