A talented bioinformatics Staff Associate is sought for an exciting and high-impact project in Alzheimer's disease research in a major Alzheimer's lab. Previous experience in Alzheimer's disease research is not required. However, the applicant must possess some prior experience with bioinformatics in the biomedical research space, preferably processing of RNA-sequencing data and/or utilizing machine learning tools. Previous experience processing and analyzing single-cell RNA-sequencing data are especially encouraged to apply.
The staff associate will be in charge of performing bioinformatics analyses using Watson for Drug Discovery, as well as analysis of single-cell and bulk RNA-seq datasets.
