A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available in theSystems Biology& Drug Discovery laboratory of Dr. Sriram Chandrasekaran at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. The Chandrasekaran lab has pioneered novel software tools for understanding cellular metabolism and for designing drug combinations.

The postdoctoral fellow will lead projects in building systems biology models of metabolic regulation in various model systems.
Ph.D. in systems biology, bioinformatics, computational biology or related field
Experience with omics data analysis, specifically transcriptomics, proteomics, chemogenomics, or metabolomics data
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms or systems biology approaches (network inference and genome-scale modeling)
Proficient with Python, R, or MATLAB
