A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Mara Duncan at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. The Duncan lab new projects using stem cell models to uncover developmental roles for membrane traffic. The postdoctoral fellow will lead projects using stem cells to understand diseases caused by defects in membrane traffic that result in skin and digestive disorders. You Will:
You Have: • A PhD, MD, or equivalent in a life sciences or STEM field • Experience in or a desire to become an expert in mammalian genetic modifications • Experience in or a desire to become an expert in quantitative microscopy approaches Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
