Summary Description: This post-doc will presume the work of the previous post-doc who completed her training in this lab. The work will consist of taking over the experiments that are part of the specific aims of a R01 NIH that work towards assessing, by single cell sequencing, the phenotype of central and peripheral immune cells in an animal model of ALS, as well as in human samples. The post-doc will collaborate with bio-informatics to generate the analysis of the data. Lastly, the post-doc will be responsible for the immunohistoclinical evaluations of keen immune markers revealed by the single cell-bioinformatic analysis.
