The Cardiovascular Research Center and the Cardiovascular Institute (CVI) at Alpert Medical School of Brown University invite applications for full-time faculty positions from individuals with research interests in cardiovascular biology. The search is targeted at candidates of at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. The research focus of suitable candidates is broadly defined and includes basic and translational programs employing cutting-edge physiological, molecular, and biochemical approaches that focus on arrhythmias/channel biology; iPSCs/precision medicine; heart failure; cardiac regeneration; signal transduction; mitochondrial biology; and cardiac development.

Applicants will be expected to bring or develop an independent, externally funded research program. Candidates must have an MD and/or PhD degree and demonstrated excellence in teaching and research.
