Essential Functions: Performing a range of laboratory experiments including tissue culture, electrophoresis, PCR, nucleic acid isolation, western blotting, subcloning, and biochemical assays, preparation of PBMNC and serum from peripheral blood specimens from lung cancer patients and normal controls, storage and cataloging of processed patient specimens, multicolor flow cytometry, multiplex assays for serum cytokines and chemokines etc.Implement experiments, perform limited data analysis, and maintain a detailed record of experimental protocols and results.Participate in laboratory administration relating to the overall upkeep of the laboratory under the guidance of the Pi. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in biology, chemistry, orrelated field with experience in molecular biology methods.
