We have developed new tools to study the DNA replication coupled epigenetic inheritance and uncovered the replisome-controlled mechanisms for parental histone H3-H4 transfer (Mol Cell. 2014; 56: 551-63. PMCID: 25449133; Science. 2018; 361: 1386-9. PMCID: 30115745; Mol Cell. 2018; 72: 140-51 e3. PMCID: 30244834). The successful applicant will be expected to investigate DNA replication-coupled chromatin inheritance mechanisms using biochemical and genetic approaches. Required Qualifications A Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or a related field is required Experience with molecular biology and cell culture.
