The postdoctoral research associate will work in a research capacity focused on developing strategies to address major biomedical questions. The major interests of the lab are applying gene editing technologies to treat genetic diseases and cancer, developing in vivo delivery systems, and the optimization of gene editing tools for safer and more efficient genome manipulation.
The position will also assist in mentoring other researchers and students in executing laboratory experiments and supervising wet lab safety issues and routine laboratory hygiene, review scientific literature, and assist in grant writing.
