This position will work with Dr. Sabine Brouxhon and her research team on cancer research. Preferred candiates will have knowledge of cancer or normal cell biology, molecular and cellular techniques as heretofore described [IB, qRT-PCR, IF, IHC, ELISAs, flow cytometry (cell sorting, staining, use of FloJo software etc)]. Ability to work under more senior lab personnel in the laboratory, and direct lower level lab assistants/ students as needed. Interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate effectively with scientists, vendors, co-workers, faculty, etc. Meticulous and very detailed with experimental design and execution, and with maintaining daily lab notebooks.
MS Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, database applications. Knowledge of Prism and FlowJo software preferred but not required
