Study the mechanism and functional consequences of overexpression of N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase-V (MGAT5) in prostate cancer. Our goal is to explore the contribution of MGAT5-mediated abnormally glycosylated serine proteases in metastasis of prostate cancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the processing and analysis of animal data and working with other research staff to ensure high levels of quality assurance in the data acquisition for various studies, including cellular fractionation and microscopic imaging.
