This position requires taking a leadership role in research for a project that is focused on identifying and overcoming structural barriers to underrepresented minorities entering and advancing in the STEM professoriate. Special attention will be given to outcomes and experiences of persons with intersecting traditionally marginalized identities.
Duties include writing papers that describe the results of research, assisting with supervising graduate and undergraduate researchers, helping prepare deliverables associated with external research support, working closely with external partners on the deployment of research instruments and trainings that are part of the project, and helping prepare proposals to solicit additional external research funding.
