Summary of Essential Duties:
Develop and maintain clinical research SOP's.
Critically evaluate research protocols to assess resource needs to include all procedures and clinical research staff time.
Develop and Coordinate strategies for improving efficiency and action plans to improve quality of research conduct.
Interface with research partners and assess resource needs.
Develop internal auditing standards and maintain dashboard with quality metrics.
Maintain quality and compliance for Audit readiness (FDA, EMA, Sponsor audits)
