DUTIES: - Plan and execute experiments. - Compose reports, manuscripts. - Document experimental work. - Supervise technical staff and students in the lab. - Ensure regulatory adherence. - Give presentations of his/her work. Cell/tissue culture experience PREFERRED: Experience with molecular biology techniques (including cloning, RF-PCR, and Florescent In Situ Hybridization), protein techniques (including immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry). Adenoviral/lentiviral/AAV experience, prior work with the eye and experience with zymography.
