Applications are solicited for an individual to be appointed as an postdoctoral associate under the supervision of Prof. Daniela Buccella. The research will focus on the development of chemical/biochemical probes for the investigation of metal homeostasis and imaging.
Successful applicants will be highly motivated with an interest in working in chemical biology/bioinorganic area and must hold a Ph.D. degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will have research experience in molecular biology, chemical synthesis, spectroscopy and molecular imaging.
The terms of employment which would be a year, with a possibility of renewal, include a competitive salary and other benefits. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates will be considered until the position is filled.
