The Amendt lab in the Carver College of Medicine/Dows Institute for Dental Research is seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, skilled Post Doctoral Scholar. The Amendt lab is interested in the Genetics, Development and Biochemistry of craniofacial and tooth development. In particular, we are focused on the roles of transcription factors and microRNA in the developmental processes leading to tooth and facial development. The Amendt lab uses mouse models, cell culture models, Biochemical assays, tissue processing and analysis and bioinformatics to address key developmental questions.
