Currently, the Lab at Holy Name seeks a Stat Lab Supervisor who will provide leadership and direct on-site analysis of the day-to-day chemistry lab operation including the adjustment of specimen workflow, test performance, quality, compliance and associated documentation to adhere to the applicable regulatory agencies as well as to the Hospital's policies and procedures. Qualified candidates will have a B.S. Degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology or a related life sciences from an accredited institution required. M.S. Degree preferred. MT ASCP Certification is required. In addition, candidates will possess six plus years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical Stat Lab environment and five plus years of progressive Stat Lab supervisory experience required.
