Applicants with a PhD in an appropriate field should submit a CV, a one-page statement of teaching philosophy, a one-page statement of research interests and contact information of three individuals with knowledge of the quality of their teaching and/or research who will be willing to provide letters of recommendation on the applicants behalf upon request as a single PDF document.
