The MIS division at the Price College of Business, University of Oklahoma, invites applications to fill two tenure-track positions starting Fall of 2020. One position at the Senior Assistant/Associate level is for recruiting a faculty with high-quality research and teaching to support our university and college’s strategic thrust in Aerospace and Defense (A&D). A&D is a key industry in nearby Oklahoma City, and the University of Oklahoma seeks to build several programs across the university. Price College will launch an Executive MBA in A&D in Fall 2020.
The second position is at the assistant professor level to support a new Price College Certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics to undergraduate business that will be offered as part of the Data Science and Analytics Institute at the Gallogly College of Engineering at OU. We seek a person with strong research and technical background in MIS, who is willing to collaborate with faculty across disciplines, especially engineering and computer science.
