Looking for an entry-level team player who will utilize their knowledge, creativity, and research skills to assist the program director in implementing a new year-round training and mentoring program. The individual should possess effective interpersonal-, communication- and organizational- and cultural competency skills.
Specific duties & responsibilities:
The individual will work with the program director and other team members to:
Refine and improve the program design.
Research specific resources to be utilized in the project
Be responsible for aspects of administration related to scheduling, updating of the website and implementation of specific social media tools, communications with program participants and contracted clients,
Assist with the tracking of goals and objectives
Collection of survey instruments and writing of reports.
Minimum qualifications (mandatory):
Bachelor’s degree required and some related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. Must possess willingness to learn and implement new findings and technologies.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), business use of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), content management platforms (WordPress, or others), and Adobe Creative Cloud and Photoshop is a plus.

During the Influenza ("the flu") season, as a condition of employment, The Johns Hopkins Institutions require all employees who provide ongoing services to patients or work in patient care or clinical care areas to have an annual influenza vaccination or possess an approved medical or religious exception. This may include documentation of having two (2) MMR vaccines; two (2) Varicella vaccines; or antibody status to these diseases from laboratory testing. Blood tests for immunities to these diseases are ordinarily included in the pre-employment physical exam except for those employees who provide results of blood tests or immunization documentation from their own health care providers. Any vaccinations required for these diseases will be given at no cost in our Occupational Health office.
