Under direction of the TAPS Operations Manager, the incumbent provides administrative and staffing support for the daily field operation of TAPS Event Parking.
Major duties include the hiring and training of 30-50 student employees annually, management of the traffic-control program, and coordination of student Event Staff for delivering a broad range of parking-related services for regular and special events on campus. Training of students includes an emphasis on following university cash handling procedures during permit sales and at post-event reconciliation.
