We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to teaching excellence, scholarship, and program development. The new faculty member will serve as a member of the School of Kinesiology with responsibility for teaching and advising students in the Pre-Athletic Training, Pre- Physical Therapy and Pre- Occupational Therapy courses within the traditional undergraduate program. This individual will be responsible for curriculum design, assessment and evaluation of these degree plans. Additional responsibilities will include advising traditional undergraduate students as well as service within the department and university.

An understanding of the importance for diversity, inclusion and equity
Master’s degree required, doctorate preferred with experience as an allied health or exercise science professional.
Three years of successful teaching experience, including face-to-face and online delivery.
Commitment to high-quality instruction in a student-centered environment with interest in active and collaborative learning as well as instructional us of technology.
Experience in creating courses and evaluating outcomes.
Credentials in an allied health profession or exercise science. Two years of professional experience preferred.
