Under general supervison of the Chief Personnel Officer, the Administrative Analyst will be responsible for payroll and personnel related functions for the Graduate Division. Serve as primary support, assisting with bi-weekly (BW) and monthly (MO) payroll, onboarding and time-reporting (TRS). Responsible for accurate personnel record management and applicable personnel policies and procedures. Responsible for input of various personnel actions in PPS, ranging from new hire to separation, as well as all payroll and time reporting functions. Maintain of all personnel and payroll files, ensuring confidentiality and in accordance with UCI personnel guidelines and regulations. Makes recommendations regarding various personnel and payroll matters. Assists the Employment Analyst in issues related to graduate student employment. Provides administrative and programmatic support to the Chief Personnel Officer.
