Job Description Summary: Instruct courses in Human Biology, Human Anatomy, and/or Physiology. These courses consist of 3 hours of lecture and 2 hours of lab work per week.
Please note: This assignment may be taught at the Dowagiac or Niles campus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach courses consisting of 3 hours of lecture and 2 hours of lab work per week
Prepare labs and maintain a safe lab environment
Be accessible to students
Grade assignments and respond to student inquiries
Provide timely feedback to students' questions and concerns
Become familiar with rules, regulations, administrative practices, guidelines and policies of the College

Required Qualifications: 18 Graduate credits or equivalent in Human Anatomy/Physiology or related coursework
Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree or higher in subject Community College teaching experience
Other Information: All applicants must demonstrate the ability to promote active and collaborative learning through a variety of teaching methods, as well as relate to students. Excellent organization and communication skills as well as the demonstrated use of instructional technology are required.
