Position Overview: The Senior Counsel will be responsible for working directly with business executives and senior management teams to execute on a broad range of corporate and business strategies. Areas of responsibility will include Global Markets, Global Operations, Global Products, Human Resources, and Information Technology. The Senior Counsel will report directly to the Senior Director, Managing Counsel, Global Functions of the Company. The Senior Counsel will collaborate across boundaries and geographies and work with colleagues across the business and the Global Legal Department.

Relocation: Local candidates are preferred.
Experience: The successful candidate will have a J.D. and a minimum of ten years’ experience with broad corporate and transactional skills combined with in-house experience successfully applying these skills in connection with corporate and technology transactions.
