Job Description Description: The Business Associate II, under general supervision, provides support for business activities.
Review sponsored research data entry in Maestro. Update sponsored research database.
Assist with preparing sponsored research reporting documents.
Participate in Maestro training. Process Maestro user access requests, routing path updates as needed. Run reports from Maestro.
Prepare P-card reconciliation expense reports and route for approvals.
Support with organizing departmental events. Perform other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED.
Four (4) years of related experience in general office, bookkeeping, or personnel operations.
Additional education may be used as a substitution for the minimum experience requirement to include:
Associate degree and two (2) years of experience or
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Interpersonal and communication skills. Planning and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Associate degree in related field.
Experience working in higher education.
Experience with sponsored research and Maestro.
This is a part-time position that is non-benefits eligible.
