Position Summary: Under supervision applies testing concepts and general system application knowledge, team policies and procedures to test changes or enhancements of test processes and tools. Analyzes procedural and system data to identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations, and implement modifications. Actively participates with the team to provide end-user support and training.

Participates in process and system design as it relates to testing and the use of the Test & Tracking Tool (TnT Jira). Documents detailed system specifications and works with developer/administrator to implement changes. Analyzes data for reporting, auditing, and detailed analysis. Recommends process and system changes based on data analysis and findings.
Job Requirements Education: High school diploma required. College degree preferred. Required
Knowledge/Skills: Basic knowledge of software functions and analysis.
Basic understanding of the design, development and analysis of software.
Interpersonal skills in order to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
Ability to elicit and communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Self-motivated, ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines, works independently and as part of a team and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Ability to bring forth creative and innovative solutions. Required
Basic understanding of the use of automated testing tools, including skill to perform automated QA procedures.
Understands compliance requirements for applicable industry or agency standards such as accessibility and PII usage.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
Knowledge of Jira applications and query language.
Verbal communication and presentation skills including previous Trainer experience. Preferred
