Under supervision of the Computing Resource Manager, incumbent performs a variety of system analysis, compilation, debugging and system administration tasks on UNIX systems including highly available multi-disciplinary, multi-node, multi-processor research systems. Provide desktop support for Macintosh, Windows and UNIX for faculty and staff within the School of Physical Sciences. Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, desktop software applications, operating system, and server software systems. Provide troubleshooting and support for UNIX, Windows and Macintosh based servers. Redevelop, maintain and update the School of Physical Sciences website databases, database-web interfacing, and web programming. Troubleshoot department and lab PCs, MACs, and Servers. Coordinate the issuance of network addresses and email services for the School. Act as liaison between all departments and School computing support group.

Salary: Hourly $26.54 - $31.74 Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Career Position. Final candidate subject to background check.
