Working under the general supervision of the Institute for Clinical and Translational Science (ICTS) Administrative Director, the Director of the Evaluation Unit and the Evaluation Data Manager, the incumbent will provide analytical and administrative support to the Evaluation Unit of the ICTS. The incumbent will be responsible for managing evaluation team data in numerous applications and databases; performing data collection and statistical analysis; creating surveys and evaluation reports for ICTS events and services; analyzing data and creating data dashboards; and providing technical assistance to ICTS faculty and staff on program management software (Smartsheet). Additionally the incumbent will recruit, train, and will assist with the supervision of undergraduate research assistants; and contributes to special projects. The ICTS Evaluation Data Analyst will need to utilize critical thinking skills and exercise independent judgement in the analysis, reporting and visualization of qualitative and quantitative evaluation data.
