Performs research in biomaterial printing studies and characterization thereof; interfaces with the Dept. of Surgery at Ohio State to ensure methods are clinically relevant; participates in the NSFICORPS program; prepares research results for publication and presentation; assists in proposal preparation in efforts to seek external funding.

PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Bioengineering, or other related field.
Significant research background in robotics, control tissue engineering or manufacturing; strong interest in technology entrepreneurship, technology transition, and working with industry; Assertive, self-driven researchers who have a strong publication record from their PhD and/or previous post-doctoral positions.
