Primary Purpose: Under the direction of the Advancement Services staff, assists with daily gift processing needs.
Essential Functions: 1. Under the direction of the Advancement Services staff, assists with daily gift processing, updating constituent records, scanning, indexing and validating documents. In some cases, Advancement Services Assistant may be assigned to coordinate and/or oversee special projects.
2. Confidentiality, attention to detail and strong organizational skills a must.
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and basic office technology (phones, scanner/copier, etc.)
