Under the direction of the UCPath Manager, the UCPath Academic Personnel Analyst serves as a campus expert and resource for matters related to academic employment in UCPath. Using independent judgment, provide guidance and training to the campus' academic divisional staff to accurately and appropriately process workforce administration, position, and extended absence actions and to resolve complex issues.
The duties described and the percent effort assigned require reasonable flexibility, balancing heavier commitments and responsibilities in one area against lighter commitments and responsibilities in another, consistent with deadlines and the objectives of the Academic Personnel Office.

The Academic Personnel Office (APO) is a central campus unit within Academic Affairs.
