DEVELOPER / PROGRAMMER
Under direction of the Director of Operations, the Developer/Programmer provides support for day-to-day operations in the Student Information System (SIS), Admissions CRM, LMS, and other university applications. The Developer/Programmer thinks creatively as an out-of-the-box thinker and is open to try new solution architectures, pushing knowledge to the limits. Has the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member. Takes the initiative and find solutions in everyday work.
SOME ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Develop and build integrations between enterprise systems in order to streamline account provisioning in a university environment that uses Active Directory as a primary source for user credentials and authentication.
Work closely with department subject matter experts to develop requirements and solutions.
Provide departmental support for day-to-day operations in the SIS, Admissions system, LMS, and other university applications.
Performance tune and optimize code.

Qualifications: ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred. 3+ years development experience in a Microsoft based environment. 3+ years using C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and SQL Server (MS SQL Server 2014 and up). Knowledge of .NET framework 4.5 or higher, C#, Web Services, API calls, Windows Workflow, Azure Active Directory, Visual Studio, REST, SOA and Object Serialization for XML/JSON. Strong SQL development skills required.
