Infrastructure in the Radiology Department includes many DR radiography units, multidetector CT scanners (including a Dual Source/Dual Energy unit), PET/CT, and multiple high field MR systems. At UTMB, cardiac CT and MRI is performed and interpreted by Radiologists.
