The Head of Technology Strategy will be a member of the Global Technology Operating Committee (GTOC) and work directly with the GT Executive Team on a range of critical strategic topics and initiatives for the technology organization. The role will report into the Head of Corporate Strategy with a dotted line to JPMC's Chief Information Officer, one of the Firm's Operating Committee members.
Key responsibilities will include:
Help shape GT's overall strategic roadmap
Building and managing a best in class technology strategy team
Establish an integrative view of strategic priorities and specific initiatives
Ensure linkages between the strategic roadmap and human capital and financial requirements
Analyzing technology trends and identifying potential opportunities and/or areas of focus
Helping ensure successful design, resourcing and oversight of critical initiative s
The ideal candidate will have 15 years of relevant experience at the intersection of Technology and Strategy (either advisory or in house)
Strong interest and demonstrated track record of executing technology strategy projects
Broad knowledge of technology topics and trends, e.g., cloud computing, application development, data science, technology operating models, etc.
Advanced ability to closely partner with senior managers and other critical stakeholders
MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree required
