We are looking for a Marketing & Events Supervisor to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN ! If you possess a “whatever it takes attitude” keep reading. It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but as the Marketing & Events Supervisor, you will work closely with the marketing director expanding the Premise Health brand/footprint in the marketplace, assisting the business development team in their growth efforts, and other marketing planning activities. The marketing supervisor will be instrumental in executing internal and external events, including managing tradeshows and conferences. This individual must demonstrate a deep understanding of event planning, with strong project management and communication skills. Will serve as interdepartmental liaison, assisting other departments with marketing needs and requests. What You’ll Do for Us: Partner with business development team to implement strategic marketing activities and product launches, including value propositions and core product messaging that support the growth and expansion of company products and services Partner with internal departments to execute marketing initiatives and projects that drive the organizations vision and strategy Research and craft content for marketing collateral across all service lines to include presentations, slicks, brochures, case studies, and tradeshow materials Strategize, manage and execute large-scale events for the organization including client-focused and internal leadership meetings Working knowledge of all logistical support elements of special events and event production including: Experience working directly with vendors including catering, venues and hotels, and audio/video production companies Maintaining project timelines Managing all onsite activities and people Writing and editing communications, invitations, presentations, and session descriptions Maintaining attendee lists and utilizing event registration platforms Working knowledge in negotiating and executing formal agreements/contracts Budgeting and expense tracking Serve as primary communication liaison and facilitator for all key stakeholders on event-related details Maintain tradeshow conference calendar that support sales efforts, to include coordination of client speakers and presentations, budgets, forecasts and summaries of total event costs, audience profiles and attendee feedback. Work with digital marketing team to curate email blasts targeted to tradeshow/event attendees before and after each conference Manage promotional vendor relationship to ensure consistency in brand standards Observe and maintain product literature, promotional items, and tradeshow equipment inventory Work with marketing director to monitor marketing and communications budget including submitting, tracking and invoicing expenses May oversee marketing interns and/or marketing coordinators. May be responsible for monthly check-ins and yearend performance reviews. Education: Bachelor’s degree in meeting/event planning, marketing, business, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience. Experience: Five or more years of experience planning large-scale events and tradeshows; corporate healthcare experience a plus Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional project management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to build relationships across multiple groups and communicate effectively with both upper management and peers Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment. Can work both independently and as part of a team Crystal clear communication, both written and oral Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses Team player with a positive, can do attitude; comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a certain amount of ambiguity Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite helpful What We’ll Do for You: At Premise Health, you’re not an employee – you’re a team member.
