*Responsible for managing and implementing monitoring and evaluation of agricultural and rural development programs and activities;
*Provide extension staff with recommendations for evaluation study design, implementation and data analysis;
*Work with a diverse team of subject matter experts and partners to perform analysis, validate findings and interpret results from evaluation activities;
*Support the design of survey instrument, sample design and selection, prepare and analyze qualitative and quantitative data bases;
*Conduct data quality reviews of survey data with detailed documentation of results and analysis of primary and secondary data (quantitative and qualitative) including preparation of reports, memos and tables/graphs of findings;
*Use quantitative analysis tools and techniques to inform data management, study design, proposal writing and assessments;
*Analyze multi-year and large-scale impact evaluation data, develop evaluation reports and ournal articles;
Must have knowledge of evaluation theory and practice in agricultural extension and rural development; experience working on research and evaluation project especially in develolping country, ability to analyze large scale datasets using SPSS and/or STATA sofware and interpret results; have well-developed skills in preparing journal publications; excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently; and skill in data visualization preferred.
*Skill in visualization is preferred
*Work experience in a developing country in South/Southeast Asia is preferred
