Position Summary: The incumbent is responsible for the overall supervision of the Clinic. Works closely with Medical Center administration and clinic physicians to ensure seamless operation between all activities related to directing and evaluating patient care activities, managing clinical resources and developing & monitoring organizational policy/procedures.
Rate Minimum $68,500.00 Maximum $140,200.00
Required Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystemAbility to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workloadAbility to successfully identify priorities while managing multiple assignments simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishMinimum 4 years working in a healthcare setting in either Primary or Specialty care servicesMust demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the jobMust possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned dutiesPrevious lead or supervisory experienceStrong analytical skills to collect and analyze operational data
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual skills in English and SpanishExperience working in a UC and/or union environmentKnowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and formsKnowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices especially as relates to practice management
