The incumbent will plan, develop, and execute engagement strategies in collaboration with Senior Leadership and the program's multidisciplinary engagement workgroup and implement strategies to support aggressive enrollment targets. Engagement strategies will include participating with partner organizations at community events, educating the community about research and precision medicine, and recruiting participants into the All of US Program.
The incumbent will: - develop methods to track engagement activities to assess the impact of specific methods and suggest improvements to meet enrollment targets - periodically provide educational sessions for staff on how to engage the community and promote understanding and support of the program - establish scripts and talking points to engage the community and answer questions to assure potential participants understand key components of the program - organize a calendar of community events to optimize recruitment activities across Pennsylvania - schedule appointments
The incumbent must have excellent communication skills and an engaging personality to positively promote this important national study.
