The condensed matter spectroscopy group at Princeton University invites applications for multiple postdoctoral research or more senior positions to work on single crystal growth, transport measurements and neutron scattering and spectroscopy based studies of correlated superconductors, topological and magnetic quantum materials. The successful candidates will carry out single crystal growth, transport and magnetic measurement and advanced neutron scattering experiments in sequence at Princeton University, several national laboratories including Brookhaven, Florida High-Field Magnet Lab and Oak-Ridge National Laboratory. The successful candidates will have a strong research and publication record and must have a Ph.D in physics or related disciplines. Prior experience in travel-solvent floating-zone single crystal growth of topological materials and superconductors and high-magnetic-field charge transport measurements; UHV/Cryogenic Techniques ; nano/microscale device fabrication based on techniques such as Focus Ion Beam; and polarized neutron scattering techniques with time-of-flight instruments would be considered a plus.
