Research-Track Faculty Position, Department of Biological Sciences
The Department of Biological Sciences in the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, seeks to fill a full-time Assistant Professor (Research) of Biological Sciences position in Microbiology. Applicant must have a doctoral degree in Biological Sciences, Natural Sciences, or a closely related field; 3 years of post-doctoral research experience to include some solid experience in: field work sampling; developing culture-based samples; using radio-labelled substrates; performing microscopic assays; using chemostats; calorimetry and nanocalorimetry; enzyme and molecular techniques; bioinformatics.
